Milestone Scientific, Inc. (AMEX:MS), Livingston, N.J. has entered into an agreement with AFP Imaging Corporation/Dent-X (NASDAQ:AFPC) to terminate international distribution of "The Wand" through AFP by June 30, 2000.

The agreement provides for a phased termination during which Milestone will immediately begin to fill handpiece requirements of all existing and new foreign dealers throughout the world and will directly distribute "Wand" units to dealers in Japan, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, South Africa, Scandinavia and certain other countries. Milestone currently serves dealers in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
