According to AGI, Gruppo Telecom Italia and Globo Organizagoes, Brazil's leader in editorial and media marketing, inked a strategic deal in the Internet sector. This agreement allows Telecom Italia to buy 30 percent of the stock in Globo.com, the Internet Company belonging to Globo Organizagoes, at a price of $810mn.
