INDIA: SATYAM INFOWAY, AMERICA ONLINE FORGE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE.(Brief Article)

According to the Hindustan Times (June 12, 2000), Satyam Infoway and America Online on June 12 announced a deal to distribute a co-branded version of AOL Instant Messenger to SatyamOnline customers, via their Internet portal and its affiliates. This alliance constitutes AOL's first in India.
The service will enable SatyamOnline Portal and Internet users to exchange real-time messages.
