RUSSIA: RUBLE CONTINUES FALLING...(Brief Article)(Statistical Data Included)

The ruble slipped .2 percent on 26 January from the previous day to 28.55 rubles per dollar. Traders told Reuters that they do not believe that the Central Bank was active in the market to try to prop up the ruble's value. Trading volume was down to $147 million from $238 million on 24 January.
