Florence Hartmann, who is spokeswoman for the Hague-based war crimes tribunal's Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte, said on 5 January that "Yugoslavia as a member of the United Nations has to comply with its international obligations. They have to cooperate with us. We don't have to cooperate with them." She added that the location of the trial of former President Slobodan Milosevic is "not negotiable.
