According to Kyodo News (January 30, 2001), Yahoo! Japan has formally injected $518,775 into Founder Holdings Limited's Japanese business subsidiary PowerPrint.com Inc. By way of the investment, Yahoo! Japan acquired 15 percent equity interest in PowerPrint.com. Powerprint was established by Founder International and Konica Business Machines Inc.
in August 2000 and is engaged in both Internet and electronic publishing system related services, including online storage service, as well as Internet processing tools for digital photo/graphics, online ordering and off-line delivery services for greeting card/name card/ letterhead printing.
