SAUDI ARABIA: SAUDI-QATARI AVIATION SERVICE ACCORD SIGNED.

According to Al-Hayat newspaper (May 15, 2001), head of the Saudi Civil Aviation Authority, Ali Khalaf, and Qatari Ambassador to Riyadh Ali Mahmoud, recently signed a bilateral aviation service accord. The agreement will regulate the air-space traffic between the two states. It will also facilitate the arrangement of flight schedules as well as select national air-carriers.
