NORWAY: TELENOR ACQUIRES HUNGARY'S PANNON MOBILE PHONE COMPANY.(Brief Article)

Telenor has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Hungary's second largest mobile phone company, Pannon GSM. The company has been keen to acquire Pannon for a long time, and at three o'clock yesterday morning the deal was finally clinched. Telenor will pay a total of over NOK 8 billion for the shares.
