ISRAEL: TOWER SEMICONDUCTOR SIGNS NEW AGREEMENT.(To provide integrated circuits for On Semiconductor of Phoenix)(Brief Article)

According to Israel Line (Aug. 15), Tower Semiconductor Ltd. announced that it has signed a five-year wafer supply agreement to manufacture Integrated Circuits (ICs) for ON Semiconductor of Phoenix, Arizona, THE JERUSALEM POST reported. Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is an independent wafer manufacturer, strategically focused on advanced flash memory and COMOS Image Sensor technologies.
Tower recently began construction of an advanced fab adjacent to its current facility in Migdal Haemek, Israel.
