TURKEY: TURKCELL LAUNCHES MOBILE INTERNET SERVICES.(Brief Article)

Turkish mobile carrier Turkcell announced the launch of its new mobile Internet service, SurfCell for WAP and GPRS users. Users will be able to access Internet sites through either Turkcell's mobile WAP portal or directly through their mobile device, where possible.
