UAE: AGREEMENTS FOR OPERATING AIRPLANES OF INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES.(Emirates Airlines' contract with Delta Airlines, Fed-Ex)(Brief Article)

The newspaper Al-Ittihad reports on agreements for operating airplanes signed in June 2001 between the operations and engineering department of Emirates Airline and two American airline companies. According to the agreement, teams of Emirates Airline will service Airbus airplanes of Fed-Ex air transport company and Macdonald Douglas airplanes of Delta Airlines.
The newspaper quotes the head of the department, Adel A-Racha, saying that the company's teams provide maintenance services to twenty international airline companies in the international airport of Dhabi.
