IRAN: IRAN AND UNIDO DISCUSS COOPERATION ISSUES.(United Nations Industrial Development Organization)(Brief Article)

According to "Tehran Times", the Iranian Minister of Industries and Mines, Eshaq Jahangiri, met with the managing director of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Carlos Magarinos, to discuss prospects of the organization and its future cooperation with Iran. The meeting also focused on holding a meeting with the UNIDO officials to explore ways of future collaboration.
Based on an agreement reached between the two sides, the UNIDO is scheduled to dispatch an expert to Tehran with the aim of upgrading the position of office to a regional technical center.
