INDIA: DATA ACCESS TO PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE SERVICES VIA ITXC.

Data Access India and ITXC Corp. have signed an interconnection agreement which will enable Data Access to offer international phone service to and from India over ITXC's global VoIP network on April 1, 2002, the day the long distance telecom market deregulates in India. Through its relationship with ITXC, Data Access will gain immediate access to a global network operating in over 145 countries which would have taken years to build.
