UAE: PLAN TO EXPAND THE AIR FLEET OF THE UAE AIRLINES.(Brief Article)

Al-Bayan newspaper quoted the Director for Business Development of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Muhammad Ahali, who said in mid-February 2002 that the Director of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Sheikh Ahmad bin Sa'id, approved an investment of $15 billion for the purchase of 58 new planes for the UAE Airlines.
The Director also approved the investment of $2.5 billion for the development of the Dubai International Airport.
