JORDAN: U.S. GRANT FOR INSTALLING NEW AERIAL CONTROL SYSTEM.

A-Dustour newspaper gave details of an agreement signed in early May 2002 between the American Trade and Development Agency and the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority. According to the terms of the agreement the American Agency will make a grant of $350,000 for installing a modern aerial control system to control the civil air traffic in Jordan.
The paper noted that the Infrastructure Minister and the American Ambassador to Jordan participated in the signing ceremony.
