BRAZIL: REFINERY HIRES 1,800 TEMPORARY WORKERS IN BRAZIL.(Petrobras)(Brief Article)

The Refinery Enrique Lage of Sao Jose dos Campos, in the Valley of the Paraiba, will hire starting on the 12th of August, 1,800 temporary workers to act in the maintenance of the production chains of the kitchen gas, gasoline and destillation. Once every four years the refinery makes a cleaning and maintenance of the equipment " to maintain the quality of the product " said Paul Edman, communication manager of the Refinery.
With investment of R$130 million, Petrobra's contracted 15 outsourcing companies to make the maintenance job, in a period of three months. Despite the break in the production, the manager guaranteed that the supply of GLP and gasoline would not be compromised.
