(DoD) Colf's Manufacturing Company Inc., Hartford, Conn., was awarded a $18,468,365.60 undefinitized contracting action for 25,764 M4 carbine and 300 M4A1 carbine, in support of the U. S. Air Force, U. S. Army and foreign military sales countries on July 30, 2002. Work will be performed in West Hartford, Conn., and is to be completed by Sep.

30, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on June 6, 2002. The U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAE20-02-C-0115).
