According to Al-Hayat newspaper (September 20, 2002), the international financial magazine has recently categorized the Saudi Arab National Bank as the best in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East and Africa in terms of providing online customer services. The Arab National Bank was one of the first banks in the region to exploit modern technologies for serving its customers.
The bank presented its services through the Internet before three years.
