(DoD) Cycorp, Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $9,800,000 cost-plus fixed-fee contract modification to provide significant improvements in the ability to detect asymmetric threats to national security. It is a aimed at detecting, classifying, linking, tracking, and understanding information gathered from traditional and non-traditional information sources.

It is focused on bringing prototype tools and capabilities to the DoD intelligence agencies so analysts will be better able to identify potential threats to DoD forces and to the nation.
