PALESTINE: NATIONAL BEVERAGE COMPANY LTD.(Brief Article)

Al-Ayam newspaper quoted the President of the National Beverage Company Ltd, Zahi Khuri, who said in October 2002 that his Company based its activities in the Palestinian Authority Area on direct marketing of Coca Cola drinks to about 15,000 points of sale in order to keep the consumer prices low.

He added that the Israeli blockade on the Palestinian areas and the military inspection barriers caused heavy expenses for his Company. The paper noted that the National Beverage Company has the Coca Cola franchise in the Palestinian areas.
