LEBANON: LIBANCELL CELLULAR COMPANY SIGNS AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE MOTOROLA SYSTEM.(Brief Article)

A-Dustour newspaper gave details of the agreement signed in October 2002 between the Libancell Cellular Company and the Motorola Company for use of the NSP Computer System for improving their cellular network system. The paper quoted the President of the Libancell Cellular Company who said that the value of the transaction was $5 million.
He added that they have all the indications that the NSP System will improve their network communications and save millions in their and in customers expenses.
