IPR Strategic Business Information Database, May, 2003

According to Star, Parliament's Planning and Budget Commission Wednesday passed a bill to improve the climate for foreign direct investments (FDI), a structural benchmark in Turkey's latest letter of intent (LOI) to the International Monetary Fund. Turkey had pledged to the IMF that the full Parliament would pass the bill before April 30.
