Al-Watan newspaper reported on the Joint Conference of Trade Ministers of the Arab States held in early May 2003 in Dubai, UAE. The main topic of the conference was the plan to coordinate the foreign trade of the Arab States within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
