Al-Watan newspaper reported on the Joint Conference of Trade Ministers of the Arab States held in early May 2003 in Dubai, UAE. The main topic of the conference was the plan to coordinate the foreign trade of the Arab States within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Taking part in the conference were the General Director of the WTO and representatives of the World Bank, as well as Qatar Finance Minister Yussuf Hussein Kamal, Egyptian Foreign Trade Minister Dr.
