USA: BORO CONSTRUCTION AWARDED CONTRACT FOR AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE.(by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers)(Brief Article)

According to the DoD., Boro Construction, King of Prussia, Pa., was awarded on Sept. 30, 2003, a $14,534,900 firm-fixed-price contract for a Squadron Operation/Aircraft Maintenance Unit Facility. Work will be performed at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., and is expected to be completed by April 13, 2005.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 29 bids solicited on Aug. 22, 2003, and nine bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, N.Y., is the contracting activity (DACA51-03-C-0037).
