According to the DoD., Lockheed Martin Corp., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $5,200,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification to provide for demonstration of the Raytheon EQUINOX mission management software product for application to Orbit-1 payload.a At this time, $4,700,000 of the funds has been obligated.a Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued.a This work will be complete by June 2010.a Solicitation began June 2003 and Negotiations were completed November 2003.a The Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-95-C-0017, P00232).
