According to the DoD., The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $979,033,911 ceiling-priced cost-plus-award-fee contract for system development and demonstration of the E/A-18G weapon system.a Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (55 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (25 percent); Baltimore, Md.

(15 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (2 percent); St. Augustine, Fla. (1 percent); Hollywood, Md. (1 percent); and Camarillo, Calif. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2009.a Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.a This contract was not competitively procured.a The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-04-C-0005).
