According to the DoD., Eagle Industries, Fenton, Mo., is being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a potential maximum value of $8,405,960 for the purchase of quick release vests compatible with the Special Operations Forces Personal Equipment Advanced Requirement (SPEAR) Body Armor Load Carriage System (BALCS) in support of the U.S.
Special Operations Command's Program Executive Officer for Special Programs.a The work will be performed out of Fenton, Mo., and delivery orders may be issued from Dec. 8, 2003, to Dec. 7, 2008.a This contract was awarded as a fully competed 100 percent small business set aside.a The contract number is H92222-04-D-0002.
