INDIA: MOTOROLA MOVING CHIP DESIGN UNITS TO CHINA AND INDIA.(Brief Article)

Motorola says it is shutting its semiconductor chip-design units in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and moving them to India and China.
