ALGERIA: UN, EP OBSERVERS EXPECTED ON APRIL 6TH AHEAD OF UPCOMING ELECTIONS.(European Parliament)(Brief Article)

According to "APS", UN observer, Ms. Donaleta Dilaro arrived in Algiers to supervise April 8th polls, while the European Parliament (EP) ad-hoc delegation will send its team of observers, made up of five Euro deputies representing the main parliamentary groups, on April 6-9. In her statement to APS shortly after her arrival at "Houari Boumediene" international airport, Ms.
Dilaro said she was commissioned by the UN secretary general to draft a report on the presidential election in Algeria. The UN representative recalled that Algeria invited the UN to send an observer to supervise the polls, adding that the UN secretary general is following the electoral process with great interest and decided to send a person of his secretariat to draft a report on this process....
