According to the DoD., IBM Business Consulting Services, Fairfax, Va., and Battle Columbus Operation, Columbia, Ohio, is being awarded a $500,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to design, develop, construct, install, implement and deliver a lean cellular transformation of the aircraft, engines, and commodities maintenance, repair and overhaul processes and industrial facilities at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Maintenance Directorate at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla.
