SAUDI ARABIA: UNEMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IS WORST PROBLEM IN COUNTRY.(Brief Article)

Al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper reported on unemployment among young people which damages the orderly progression of life in the country. The paper noted that that at the event of an opening of a branch of the Swedish furniture store IKEA held in late August 2004 attended by about 15,000 residents, two people were killed due to crowding and pushing.
The paper noted that the reason for this crowding and pushing by the mob at this event was the lack of sources and places for entertainment in the city, such as movie houses and the like, for religious reasons.
