International Business Machines (IBM) located in Fairfax, Va. is being awarded a Firm Fixed Price Contract in the amount of $9,327,798.60 for a base year and one option year to continue development and production maintenance, program management services, user testing and data conversion for the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
Performance completion date is February 28, 2006. The contracting activity is the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
