CHINA: ABB TO MOVE ITS GLOBAL ROBOT HEADQUARTER TO SHANGHAI.

According to fdi.gov.cn: ABB, the world's leading company in the electricity and automation technology industry, will move its global robot headquarter to Shanghai. ABB has the world's most advanced industrial robot technology, and has installed over 120,000 such equipments worldwide. China is the third largest robot manufacturing base of ABB, next to Norway and Sweden.
In March this year, ABB moved a robot production line from Europe to Shanghai, and founded a R&D center.
