CHINA: PROLOGIS INVESTING IN LOGISTICS IN WUHAN.

According to fdi.gov.cn: The world's largest industrial housing developer ProLogis recently reached an investment agreement with Dongxihu Urban Investment Corporation to jointly build a bonded logistics center and park in the city of Wuhan. The idea is to build a 748-Mu center on a budget of 560 million RMB at the crossing point of Dongxihu No.107 national highway and Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway.
Logistics poses great potential for development and is a priority area identified by the city of Wuhan for the 11th five-year period.
