According to "Tehran Times", Iran is planning to develop and apply the modern technology of liquefying some of its natural gas through the gas to liquids technology (GTL). Iranian experts now possess the technical mastery of pilot production of one barrel of the liquids per day through the GTL technology, noted Iraj Tahmasian, chairman of the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) of Iran.
