UAE: DUBAI AIRPORT RECORDS 10% RISE IN CARGO SHIPMENT.

According to Al-Khaleej newspaper (July 11, 2006), Dubai Civil Aviation Authority reported that 690,700 tons of cargo was shipped through Dubai International Airport in the first half of 2006 compared with 626,200 tons in the corresponding period of last year. These figures translate into a 10% growth.
