According to fdi.gov.cn: Latest sources show America's largest commercial property investor, developer and management company Simon Property Group has recently formed a joint venture with Fortune 500 Company Morgan Stanley Property Fund in Shenzhen. The JV will be dedicated to exploring the property market in Shenzhen.
