CHINA: PROLOGIS ESTABLISHES PRESENCE IN DALIAN BONDED ZONE.

According to fdi.gov.cn: The world's leading distribution facilities and services provider ProLogis recently signed an initial agreement on comprehensive investment with Dalian Bonded Zone. According to the agreement, ProLogis will spend 30 and 60 million USD separately building modern logistic facilities in the auto logistics park and the bonded logistics park.
The project will supposedly give a strong boost to Dalian's status as an important international freight center in northeast Asia. The modern logistic facilities ProLogis will put in place in the auto logistics park will be one of world class with a land area of 110,000 square meters and a construction area of 60,000 square meters.
