IPR Strategic Business Information Database, October, 2006
According to "Bahrain Tribune", compensation has been paid for the grieving families of the sixteen Royal Tower Construction Company workers who died in the fire. Payment has been given to the Ministry of Labor. A company official told the Tribune yesterday that they had paid the compensation money to the Ministry of Labor.
It is not clear how much has been paid. The blame for the blaze at the Gudaibiya camp of the workers was pinned on Royal Towers Construction Company, holding it responsible for administrative violations which led to the accident.
