According to "Bahrain Tribune", the public utilities committee and the finance committee of the Chamber of Deputies held a joint session to ask the deputies for an extension to the study on the Bahrain-Qatar Causeway before voting on the Royal Decree of the project. Chairman of the Public utilities Committee, Jawad Fairooz Ghuloom Fairooz, told Bahrain Tribune that an extension of two weeks is to be sought for the study on the new Causeway project, since the details they asked for have yet to be provided.
