WORLD: MOSCOW STILL MOST EXPENSIVE CITY IN WORLD.

According to Al-Khaleej newspaper (June 20, 2007), A global survey released by the Mercer Human Resource Consulting ranked Moscow as the most expensive city for living in Europe and in the rest of the world, with a score of 123.9. Experts said that steep accommodation costs have contributed to the city's high ranking, as the recent property boom has driven up rental prices for expatriates.
