ISRAEL: $14 BILLION FDI.

According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper (July 19, 2007), statistics issued by the International Monetary Fund show that the volume of foreign direct investment inflow (FDI's) into Israel amounted to $14.2 billion last year. The IMF forecasts this volume of foreign direct investment inflow to reach $15.3 billion by the end of 2007, an 8% rise.
