UAE: AIRPORTS RECORD 11.8% FLIGHTS TRAFFIC GROWTH.

According to Al-Ittihad newspaper (September 17, 2007), the General Civil Aviation Authority of the UAE (GCAA) reported that 312,658 flights were operated through the national airports through the first eight months of the current year compared with 279,586 flights in the corresponding period of last year, an increase of 33,072 flights, which is equivalent to 11.8%.
