TUNISIA: MOODY'S GRANTS 'BAA2' GOVERNMENT BOND RATING.

According to online press (October 28, 2007), Moody's Investors Service has recently granted Tunisia a 'Baa2' government bond rating and stable outlook due to the growing strength of the Tunisian economy. Moody's stresses Tunisia's strong rate of GDP is representative of a converging economy, a forward looking and responsive economic policy and is the result of a domestic demand supported by a large middle class.
