Jacobs Facilities, Inc., of Arlington, Va., was awarded Nov. 20 a $8,204,365 contract for the detailed phase two design for the command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance relocation from Fort Monmouth, N.J., to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.The work will be carried out in Arlington and is scheduled for completion April 30, 2008.The U.S.
