According to fdi.gov.cn: Recently, the Fortune 500 enterprise Staple officially announced to enter Shenzhen. US Staple Company, founded in 1986, is currently the largest global office supply retailer and distributor. It possesses over 1780 office supply supermarkets and distribution centers.
It provides services to various sorts of customers ranging from individual to Fortune 500 enterprises through such channels as store retailing, direct mail advertising in journal, network sales (ecommerce) and subscription by agreement. Staple formally became the sole office furniture supplier for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in Mar., 2007. After Staple settled in Chinese market, it has started "aiming at" Shenzhen.
