Teledyne Scientific Co., Thousand Oaks, Calif., is being awarded $7,056,865 for an 18-month option for additional research on an existing cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N66001-06-C-2025), which was solicited under Broad Agency Announcement No. N66001-05-X-6030 and awarded on Jun. 30, 2006.The contract provides for the development of Feedback Linearized Microwave Amplifiers in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Microsystems Technology Office research and development efforts.
