The establishment of Canada's first Human Stem Cell Library holds the promise of future treatments and cures for numerous diseases. Leading researchers from around the world will be able to access its resources to advance their work.The library will also cement the position of McMaster University's Stem Cell and Cancer Research Institute as a national leader in cutting-edge work investigating the potential of human embryonic stem cells.
