Metro buys a robo stripper. (Business Notes).

Metro Machine Corp., Norfolk, Va., will purchase a high production prototype UltraStrip Systems, Inc. robotic paint removal system for $2 million. Metro is developing a marine vessel enclosure, paint removal, and coating system and will be evaluation the UltraStrip prototype for use in this Metro Ship Coating System.
Delivery and initial testing of the stripping system is scheduled to be completed by Aug. 15.
