American West Steamboat sold.(business UNUSUAL)

Travel and event management specialist Ambassadors International, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMIE) has inked a deal to acquire Seattle-based American West Steamboat Company LLC and related entities from Oregon Rail Holdings, LLC.
American West Cruises currently operates the 231-passenger, Empress of the North and the 150-passenger Queen of the West.
The Queen of the West cruises the Columbia, Willamette and Snake Rivers, while The Empress of the North sails Alaska's Inside Passage. Ambassadors has hired cruise industry veteran David Giersdorf to be President and COO of Ambassadors Cruise Group, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary set up to own and operate American West Cruises.
